Parent Child Dedication & Classes!

Child dedication is a public commitment parents make before God and the church. During the service, parents make a covenant to lead and spiritually nurture their children and lift them up in prayer, asking God to develop in them a desire to love and pursue Him and His will for their lives. Parents are required to take our three-week class in order to participate in the dedication.

Classes for our next dedication are scheduled for April 19th and 26th, 2026 followed by the dedication services the weekend of May 10, 2026. Registration opens March 25 and closes April 15: baylife.org/dedication

The Gospel Project for Kids

Curriculum: What We Teach

Bay Life uses a multi-year training program to teach the entire bible to our kids. Every week, the children hear a story about a specific portion of Scripture. Afterwards, our teachers help our infants use toddler-sized instruments in playing along with music and songs. Our preshoolers hear the scripture story, sing along to songs, and get to participate in fun activities to help them understand the lesson. Utilizing the Gospel Project curriculum, our little ones are learning that the Bible is not merely a book with good stories, but rather one complete story that points directly to Jesus! Every weekend after service, we will provide resources for you to take this teaching even further, through our parent email. So no matter if your child is of nursery, preschool, or elementary age, you'll know that every class had the same scripture lesson that week, specifically geared to their own level of understanding.

We believe that discipleship is vital in the spiritual growth of the the family. Whether you have been discipling for years or are just getting started, The Gospel Project @ Home is designed to give you a realistic, yet meaningful, starting point of one night a week family worship that is customizable to your family and can be added to as your family grows. Nursery thru Preschool (3 Months—PreK4)
