We are the women's ministry of Bay Life Church, a vibrant and diverse community where women come together to glorify God and deepen their relationship with Him. Our mission is to foster an environment where every woman feels encouraged and supported through authentic, biblical fellowship.

At Bay Life Church, we believe in the power of community and the importance of nurturing our spiritual growth together. Our ministry is a medley of women from all walks of life, united by our shared faith and desire to grow in our relationship with God.

Join us for a variety of engaging events and activities designed to inspire and connect. From inspiring worship to joyful fellowship times, there is always an opportunity to meet new friends and grow together in faith. First Wednesday, our monthly gathering, is a highlight, bringing women together for meaningful conversations and shared experiences.

In addition to our events, our Bible study groups provide a supportive environment where women delve into Scripture, share their hearts, and encourage one another on their spiritual journeys. No matter where you are in your faith walk, you will find a place here to grow, connect, and thrive.

God has graciously placed Carmelita as the Women’s Ministry Coordinator here at Bay Life Church. Her passion for nurturing spiritual growth in others shines through in this position. She oversees all of the women’s events. She is blessed to guide the training and development of leaders within the ministry. Carmelita firmly believes that this calling aligns perfectly with God's purpose for her life.

With over 30 delightful years of marriage to her husband, Dave, Carmelita takes pride in their two adult sons and the recent addition of a cherished daughter-in-love to their family. Their household is shared with Carmelita's sweet mother and the delightful Winston, mom’s constant canine companion.

In her leisure moments, Carmelita savors a good cup of black tea, finding joy in the laughter that fills her home during family gatherings.

Krystal is humbled and honored to serve as the Women's Ministry Assistant at Bay Life Church, where she is passionate about discipling women and guiding them to discover their true identity in Christ. She considers it a privilege to help women understand Whose they are, and in turn, embrace who they are—loved, secure, significant.

Originally from Indiana, Krystal met her husband, Kevin, in her hometown, though they didn’t tie the knot until 2013. They are blessed with two wonderful children, Kora and Kade.

Krystal finds joy in cooking wholesome meals for loved ones, reading, crafting, and spending time in nature. She also has a deep love for music, which serves as a meaningful way for her to connect with God. If you’ve known her for any length of time, then you know she has a song for nearly everything!
