Tom Eichem is the Executive Pastor of Bay Life Church and has served as an elder since July 2005. He and his wife Nichole have three children, Teagan (married to Griffin), Camden, and Rylan. Tom loves connecting people to the mission God has for them and watching them use  their God-given gifts to
make disciples.
